About Virtues and Virtues@Work
Virtue is moral excellence. A virtue is a trait or quality that is deemed to be morally good and thus is valued as a foundation of principle and good moral being. In other words, it is a behavior that shows high moral standards: doing what is right and avoiding what is wrong. The opposite of virtue is vice.

Virtues@Work seeks to help answer the question of “What is the right thing to do?” in your workplace and personal life. But the right thing is not always clear or easy, and often you feel you don’t have time to look for advice or find it hard to come by. That's where we come in.
The Drivers
Virtues@Work was founded by 4 business executives with over 100 years of experience running boards, corporations and teams that made their businesses successful. Through leadership, we all discovered that virtuous men and women with an excellent corporate knowledge base was what was necessary to make companies successful and enjoyable. The four of us all realize the importance of living virtues in both our private and business lives and work conscientiously to improve the way we live virtues ‘heroically’
Our Story
The 4 of us, got together and decided to launch a corporation that would help all engaged in the world of business, government and education to fast track the learning process to develop virtues important to working well. And hence we designed the Virutes@Work, Core Course. It has been modeled around the case method successfully launched at Harvard and since, at many business schools and other educational institutions as an effective tool to create thinkers and problem solvers with a ‘critical mind’ and ‘innovative and inventive natures’. We have also spoken to various leaders who have spoken about how they have tried to live various virtues in their professional lives.
