Virtues@Work was formed to establish a forum for business professionals to discuss and develop effective ways of acting virtuously and leading corporations and individuals to grow in line with the principles of human dignity and the common good.

To contribute to the cultural, moral and intellectual wealth of Canadian society including by educating business professionals in the principles of solidarity, human dignity and the common good and by preparing the next generation of leaders to be persons of integrity, virtue and moral probity.
Gregorio Kilayko
Gregorio Kilayko is the former chairman of ABN-Amro's banking operation in the Philippines. He was the founding head of ING Baring's stock brokerage and investment banking business in the Philippines and served as the Philippine Stock Exchange Governor from 1996 to 2000. He served as independent director of SM Prime and Belle Corporation from 2008 to 2019. He is currently an independent director of East West Bank and Philequity Funds.
Rob Novak
Rob is a seasoned veteran from electric power generation industry with more than 34 years of experience in varied roles operations, engineering, forecasting as well as regulatory affairs. He obtained a Bachelor of Engineering Science from University of Western Ontario and a Master of Science in Industrial Administration from Purdue University. He has a keen interest in domestic and geo-politics, economics, industrial and energy policy. He is married to Flora, and resides in Oakville along with their children Maria and Stephen. Outside of work, he enjoys camping, chess and DIY projects. He is past President of Family Enrichment Toronto.
Mauricio Morales
Currently the Inventory Controller at Kyocera Document Solutions Canada (KDCA Vancouver) and the Corporate Philosophy Team Leader for KDCA Toronto and Vancouver, reviewing important subjects and habits that make the work environment better. He has a BA in Philosophy from the University of Toronto. He spends his free time going out for hikes or playing tennis.
Carlos Carderelli
Carlos Carderelli received his Bachelor’s degrees on Electric Engineering and Business Administration from University Mackenzie in Brazil and was the GM for a Brazilian CPG company for 20 years before moving to Canada where he lives with his wife Izabel and his two sons. In addition to his professional activities and at Virtues@Work, he also volunteers with the Ontario Track3 Adaptive Sports Association together with his sons.
